Bing Maps now on Nokia

Today Nokia announced that their map data, especially real-time traffic information and address match the ability to provide support for the Microsoft  Bing Maps. In fact, thestrategic cooperation of Nokia ovi maps and Microsoft Bing Maps cooperation since the two companies when reached already begun, and now we see is the result of the collaboration.

In short, if you open the Bing Maps (either on your computer or mobile phone), and traffic information is enabled, you will notice two things:

1. A new color: green, yellow and red.
2 for more details: In the past, only some of the major road traffic information now than ever before in detail much more.

Nokia Nokia Maps users previously provided to all Bing users exclusive content.

A total of 24 countries can see additional information, including: Austria, Belgium, Brazil,Canada, Denmark, Finland, climbed over, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Ireland,Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.

In addition to real-time traffic information, address match is also very important new features. Address matching techniques to obtain the latitude and longitude information,and connect it to the actual address that is translated into the GPS information to aspecific street number. Many applications to use the address matching, like Foursquare,What’sAPP, now with the help of Nokia, the location information will become moreaccurate.
