The Android smart phone landscape is continually changing, and Motorola may soon be exposing another device within their RAZR lineup. New proof found out in picture EXIF data points towards the Phone RAZR HD. The images were posted with a Motorola employee to Picasa, and unveils some information about your camera, in addition to verifying an earlier codename for that phone.

Rummaging round the EXIF data implies that the telephone may have a lens by having an f/2.4 aperture, the just like the iPhone 4S. The photo is rather lower in resolution, therefore the full camera capabilities haven’t been confirmed, but previous rumors have pegged your camera around 13 megapixels.
Underneath the “Software” heading, the telephone shows up as “Vanquish”, and it has a mention of the 4.0.3, meaning you should be seeing Frozen treats Sandwich whenever this mystery device does launch. The “HD” could point to a 720p HD screen, a thing that was once suggested using the leak from the DROID Figher, a 4.6-inch device observed in China recently. That phone sported a nearly identical design towards the original RAZR, just arriving just a little larger.

Apart from that, information about this mystery phone are scarse. Not sure on when we’ll visit a release, although maybe Motorola should space that one out a little. Customers were understandably upset once the RAZR MAXX, sporting a 3,300mAh battery, was launched just 8 weeks following the original RAZR.
