How to convert DVD to Adobe Premiere

If you want to rip video clip from DVD, and import the video footage into Adobe Premiere Pro then this short tutorial is right for you. I will show you how to convert DVD to Adobe Premiere compatible video format. You may have tried few different DVD ripping applications and that come with functions which rip DVD to AVI, but Adobe Premiere can only works with uncompressed AVI.

You could see there are a lot of file formats that Adobe Premiere supported, but I can tell you as my experience, Adobe Premiere Pro will import mpeg video. Step 2.Import DVD to the program

Put your DVD into your DVD drive. Click on the "Load DVD" button to load your DVD.

Step 3. Choose the output format for Adobe Premiere pro

Click "Profile" drop down list and choose MPEG

Step 4. Converted DVD to Premiere Pro

Press "Start" to begin DVD to Premiere Pro conversion. All the tasks of conversion shall be done with fast speed.
