What we need:

Step 1: Import DVD

Load DVD, DVD folder, DVD ISO/IFO by clicking on "Load DVD" button.

Step 3: Output video format and settings

Go through the "Profile" drop down list to choose "MP4" as output format. Now, press the "Settings" button to set video resolution as 480 x 320 PX. After that click "Browse" button, choose a destination folder for saving converted video files.
